AMCA Launches Australia Chapter

Saturday night at festivities surrounding the annual vintage motorcycling event between Harley-Davidson's and Indian's, "The Great Race" in Australia, Mr. Tony Blain, President of the newly formed Australia Chapter of the AMCA announced the formation of AMCA's newest Chapter. He said, "We are most excited to advise, the Antique Motorcycle Club of America ( AMCA ) has fired up here in Australia."

He continued, "This means we now have an umbrella club, that supports ALL motorcycles, 35 years and older. There are many great Clubs in Australia that can enjoy the AMCA, and our goal is to embrace and endorse all Vintage, Veteran and Classic Clubs and enthusiasts, by having a National Meet each year, just like they do overseas."

In addition to the big news of forming the new Chapter, Mr. Blain also announced AMCA's newest National Event which will take place in 2017 in Australia. Blain said, "The AMCA Australia Board has been selected and we are focused on putting on such an Event here."Just like the Nationals overseas, we will have a swap meet, organised rides, one for veteran motorcycles and one for vintage and classic motorcycles, AMCA judging, banquet dinner, seminars and lots of fun, with a focus on ALL brands of motorcycles and parts, 35 years and older.
Blain concluded, "With your help, we intend representing the AMCA here in Australia with the vintage motorcycle passion and dedication, we witness overseas. Australia needs this umbrella Event, and we are honored to have been invited to set this up."

The Venue and dates have been selected which we will announce shortly at a special Function.
