Default 4 speed shift lever hole size

Hi everyone! Looks like everyone went on vacation- but here's a quick one:

On the transmission shift lever, the dog legged triangular piece with 3 screws to the shift selector drum cover- what size is the holde for the clevis pin? Should there be a bushing in the hole?

Mine has nice round hole, but it is about 1/8" diameter larger than the clevis- Imade up a nylon bush- but how was it originally ?

    Thanks again! Dan

Orginally there was a steel bushing (34428-52) in there. I have
an NOS one and the ID looks to be .255 - presumably the
clevis pin is 1/4 inch OD or just a hint under. The OD is .377 so
if you're missing the bushing there's your 1/8 inch extra ... Perry
