That is a Super X tank which has been widened for more capacity. I've seen these before, so maybe a factory job. Should fit 25-early 28 high frame models I believe.

I agree with Gene. It looks like you have parts of the frame in the background. Good find.

Gene, That appears to be the stock width if I'm not mistaken. I to have seen the factory ones that are wider and quite rare as they were constructed for the Altoona endurance races.
