    Default Pushrod cork or other

    I have always ran cork in the pushrods, was wondering if xlcr had cork pushrod or teflon? Rubber o ring ? 78 or 77. Its Cork right. thank you

    hi Sport61. I don't know the answer but would guess at cork. I would like to ask if you can post a picture or two of your little hot rod xlcr?

    IIRC, the pushrod O-rings started in 79. The Teflon type cork replacements seem to work well.

    Thanks all who replied, I didn't mean to Imply that I had a xlcr just the heads seems like i change the push rod seals alot and wasn't sure if seals were deferantp_00520-1-1-1.jpg in thoes models,here's some pics if i can figur out how to send, probably not intersting to the xlcr purest but still a fun bike started out as a 1978 xlh 75th anniversary .
