    Default Remy 16 Horn Rebuilding

    Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to send my horn to get it overhauled? I had read online somewhere that there was a fella who would rebuild them and basically make them brand new again with all correct finishes, etc. I can't find where I had read that and have no name of this individual.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

After my horn button stuck which fried the horn, a fellow named Roger Long in Indiana re-wound the core, among other things, for me. Did a great job at a reasonable price. I don't know much about Roger other than he sells lots of horns on Ebay, that's how I contacted him... through his Ebay seller's e-mail "Indianrog".

If you'd like to give him a shout I'd suggest you browse the Ebay listings for Indian horns and see if one of the sellers is Indianrog, then contact him through Ebay. I've only got his mailing address, not his phone or direct e-mail.

Bill Randall at The Horn Shoppe in Rome, New York. On Oriskany road. He advertises in Hemmings, etc. Long-time friend. Great guy who can do any kind of horns.

He just did my Chief horn and it was perfect... Along with a bunch of Klaxon's this summer.

    Cheers,

    Sirhr
