I found these on the bay: What 1966 FL bike came with 3.5 GL tanks? I have a set of 1966 5 gl tnks and the petcock and crossover nipples are correct.

I've been told that they were often on police bikes or the bike could also be ordered with the 3.5's. I have a set of these also, for the '66 I've been working on...correction...make that moving around the shop, for 10 years.

Police for sure. Note that the fuel petcock was in the right side tank in '66. Not a good idea.
