why does the head light come on on the first click of the ignition? Headlight comes on slow, then when I rev the motor, it comes on brighter. Then, it goes off at idle. Any info is appreciated. THANKS

The headlight should not light up on the first click of the ignition switch. The first click position is for ignition and brake light only. Your headlight brightness is related to how much juice your generator is/isn't putting out.
