how do you post pictures to this forum, Thanks Whitey
I opened an account at www.photobucket.com
Now I simply upload my photos there and after it is uploaded I cut the IMG Code for my photo and paste it here. There is no resizing necessary. This is the result.

Thanks Chris, I'll try it and see if it work
I dont understand why they change procedures. Why, when adding pics in a meassage, I cant just browse my albums in my computer rather than starting another album in some other site? Whats wrong with the old way when you could use the "browse" box to my files in my pooter. I dont really want to export my info to some other website for storage to acomadate this forum. ...Joe

Joe,
You should be able to post pics directly from your computer. They come up as an attachment.

Cory, there seems to be no "browse" box like all other forums and private email sites have. This AMC sites seems to prefer something complex for dummies like me to stay away maybe. Just pay yer dues and try to search a way to navigate this new site when it comes to posting photos from my albums......ha ha..

There's a lot of silly hoops for sure,
but uploading directly to the forum is far better than an external hosting site.
To see why, just scroll down on page ten of the "Old Photos" thread; http://www.antiquemotorcycle.org/bbo...-photos/page10, and note all the dead Photobucket pics.

Chris!
I prefer preserving this history to wasting bandwidth with little red Xs.
Why encourage it when it just takes a trip through a bizarre maze of hidden choices on this sites over-complicated format to upload direct?
Its probably the same number of clicks.

PS: RE: bandwidth...
Emoticons ("smiley faces") waste enormous loading time, thus productivity for modern commerce and communications. For that reason alone, they should be abolished for the sake of advancing humanity.
