Hi List,
has anyone heard from Steve Little lately? I am having a hard time reaching him by email and wondered if everything is ok.

I'm not sure where Steve lives but the South-Western corner of Aussie has been having flooding problems and he may be more concerned in keeping dry at the moment.
The South pacific is not a nice place to be in just at present. Earthquakes, floods, high winds, storm of the century, at the moment you name it we've got it.

He has been posting here the last few days, shouldn't be too hard to find!

Cotten,
We felt the main shake but only slightly. Some of the aftershocks have been close and they sure get your attention. Christchurch is still having about 7 quakes a day that are over 3.5 and in total something like 15 to 20 aftershocks per day. They don't call us the "Shakey Isles" for nothing.
We've got a big southerly storm hitting us at present and now the poor beggers down there have big snowfalls to deal with and widespread power cuts.
Thanks for your concern

Glad to hear your perservering Tommo! I've had my head in the sand I guess. This is the first time I've heard of this. I've got an Uncle down in the southeast corner of Aussieland. I should touch base with him and see how things are going.
