    I agree, the larger tank logos are a very carefully hand-done studio retouches, just to make the name of the maker the focal point of the pictures. An adverising "convention" of the time, early 20th Century. Another was having everyone facing away from the camera, so as not to distract from the product being featured.

    made for HD by national, body is the same thru '17 if the web dude gets time I have donated scans of the 1915 sidecar catalog to the library shows the wheel hub as HD manufacture

    I look forward to seeing that. Early sidecar history is very murky and documentation is scarce to say the least.

    Great picture Cory....the trombone player has a light mounted on his hat. Is that to read his music at night or to help see where they are going ?
