engine numbers

Hi, I was wondering what the rules said about dealer replaced cases , when the style of the stamps used for the numbers were not the same as the factory used ? Would it be disqualified or allowed to be judged?

as long as the stampings are close, thats all that counts.
the cases must be the same year as the frame, we realize that some engines needed replacement and factory cases came with no numbers on them, and the dealer was SUPPOSED to restamp them.
