Just picked up my first French bike(?), a 1965 Mobylette Mobymatic. any other owners out there? Mine runs like a top....look out judges! LOL

My wife picked up a 64? Mobylette in Davenport. It would run except there are no tires. Do you know of a source for 23x2 tires?

Sorry, never looked into buying tires, sold mine in Wauseon to a guy who had a couple others and really wanted it!

Thanks Louie. I missed seeing the Mobylette at Wauseon or I might now have two. I will keep up the search for 23x2 tires. It is one of the challenges of antique bikes - the search.

Hi, 23x2 (19" rim) are listed here (in French) :

However are you sure you have 19" rims ? most of mines are fitted with 18" rims.
