1966 rear side plate brake

the number on my rear wheel side plate is 41661-54 I also see 41662-54 for my year Sportster, is there a difference ?

The number on the plate itself is a casting number and is not the same as the part number in the book. Don't get confused trying to match them, they don't!! They are the same part!
