Somewhere around a 50's I would believe yours to be I have a 48 I see your carb intake looks to be modified mine comes up with a flex style hose to a filter just under the seat

look under frame neck,between crash bar and fork for serial number,that may narrow down the year.they started numbering there in 1948.
I had a 1947,last year for square corner footboards,no serial number under neck.
