I am looking for H-D order blanks to fill in some gaps. If you have any of the following year Order Blanks I would like to get a good scan of it.

Years needed are; Any pre 1932, 1935, 1940, 1943, 1957 and up except 1973.

Went to the site , but didn't see alink to send it to you. So I'll post here. This is a 1918 oreder blank. Also have one that is filled out if any one wants, let me know. I gotta dig it out and scan it.

Chris - PM me your email address and I'll send you full sized scans of the 1940 order blank. I'm fortunate enough to have the complete 1940 new model package the factory sent out to dealers (news bulletin, order blanks, post cards, etc.) in the original envelope ... Perry

Thanks to Perry Ruiter you can now see the 1940 Order Blank on my Web Site. I now find I am missing a 1939 order blank. Anybody have one thay can scan for me?
