1982 Sturgis Shovelhead Harley For Sale

OK, one Shovelhead project bike sold and one more to go.

Here is my 1982 Sturgis Shovelhead I bought a couple of years ago as a project bike for American Iron Magazine but have decided not to do it. So I am now offering it for sale.

The bike is complete and running (but needs a new battery). Electric and kick starter.

It is not a correct show bike and has had some modifications made from stock (seat, handlebars, exhaust, carb etc) but would make a great rider as is or a terrific basis for a custom project.

I do have some spare parts (like original air cleaner, sissy bar, etc) that will go with the bike.

Asking $5,999. The motorcycle is in Connecticut.

Buzz that is a very fair price if I had a little more chicken feed and the youngest wasnt in college Id be on my way !You should have NO problem selling it for that price !
