3 speed+reverse gearbox for 1946 U

Need a 3 speed+reverse gearbox for Big Twin

I own a 1946 Flathead with 4 speed gearbox, I am in process to rebuild the motorcycle and want to make a side car combination of it.

I need a 3 speed+reverse transmission or parts to rebuild the 4 speed gearbox. If a gearbox can't be found at a reasonable price, I like to rebuild the existing 4 speed transmission

In that case I need the next parts:
2295-38 mainshaft second gear (22t)
2303-39 countershaft gear (15 and 19T)
2302-39 countershaft low gear (25T)
2304-39A countershaft reverse gear (23T)
2365-36 reverse idler gear (14T)
2367-36 reverse idler gear shaft
2247--36 shifter fork

Does anyone has tips or experience for this rebuilding job?
Some explanation is appreciated.

bills custom cycle did my 47el about 10 years ago he sent me all the old stuff so i can take the rev back out never had any trouble with trans
