17th Annual Ride to Work Day

It's that time again, national Ride (Your Antique Bike) to Work Day!

Time to get out your old iron (aluminum?) and ride to work. The same third Wednesday, July, 16. The rules remain the same. Ride your 35-year-old, or older bike to your office/shop/construction site, snap a shot of you and your bike at your place of employment.

Send us your photos

Submit the photo with a short paragraph of copy telling us the year, make, model of your bike, how far you rode and what you do, "working for the man."

Photos and copy can be e-mailed to: amcaeditor@gmail.com.

If you shoot the image digitally, try for the largest file size possible and send it as an attachment. We'll do any collor correction that might be required. Photos will not be returned so save your negatives.

Repeats are welcome again, but ride a different old bike if you have one. This year's deadline is September 5,2008. Your 15 minutes of fame awaits.
