Newletter Editors:  The AMCA Policies and Procedures Handbook, page 11, Chapter Responsibilities to National, states "A copy of each issue of the chapter newsletter shall be sent to: (1) each National Board member; (2) Editor of The Antique Motorcycle magazine; (3) editor of each chapter newsletter.  AMCA recognizes that not all chapters have a comfortable bank account  to send out newsletters to each chapter editor. Do what's best for your chapter.
